Outcomes

What starts happening afterward.

Not another conference report. What should leave the room on 18 November is an interconnected set of shared challenges, shared capabilities, institutional commitments, collaborative pilots and working coalitions, with a date to meet again.

The follow-up process

Thirty, ninety, one hundred and eighty days.

  1. 30days

    Form

Pilot teams are confirmed with a named coordinator, partners and a first milestone. Contributions submitted through this site are matched to pilots or kept in the commons.

  2. 90days

    Prove

First milestones are reviewed. What is working is documented openly; what is not is adjusted or stopped honestly.

  3. 180days

    Scale or stop

Each pilot is reviewed for evidence, cost and the institutions willing to carry it forward. Verified results are published on the Outcomes page.

What every pilot must have

A pilot that lacks any of these is not ready to be called a pilot. The coordinating team uses this list when converting a contribution into a candidate.

  • 01A defined challenge or objective
  • 02Contributing partners
  • 03A responsible coordinator
  • 04Clear commitments
  • 05Measurable milestones
  • 06Follow-up reviews at 30, 90 and 180 days

Collaborative pilots

Nothing to show yet, on purpose.

No pilot, partner or result will appear here until it exists, has been verified by the coordinating team and approved by the institutions involved. After 18 November this page will carry each pilot’s objective, partners, coordinator, milestones and review dates.

Until then, the most useful thing you can do is bring a challenge, a capability or an opportunity.
